Features

PRY-2900H can be use for AA,AB double chip and single chip foldering.This can replace the manual pasting reduce the intensity of labor.Compared with the traditional semi-automatic machine,it can save much labor.Due to the different working methods and compared with the above two process,it can also greatly improve product quality.

Configuration

Suction paper feed part:We use the double wall panel with linear slider to support guide (Rockwell hardness of 58-62 degrees) and ensure structural stability.The suction wall panel also adopts the technology of surface grinding and machining center-high precision and good stability.

High-power high-pressure fan is used in the suction and paper feeding section of this machine,and the air volume on both sides of the machine is adjustable.The suction time can be adjust to the same on the normal box foldering process.While on the abnormal box foldering process the suction time can be adjust as the paper length required

Four sets of servo motors equipped on this machine and double servo motors to ensure the high speed paper feeding stability and synchronicity.Chip A and B feeding size can be set separately to solve the different paper size issue.

Positioning and justify process use double servo with the ball screw flush to ensure the low-speed and high-speed bonding accuracy of consistency.

One-button adjust the middle paper feeding section panel and can be adjusted according to the width of the paper required.The intermediate paper-pressing mechanism can be used with aluminum frame,pulley structure (for glazing paper) or steel ball structure (for other products except glazing, no rebound)

Glue coating system:Two channel middle coating glue,hot-melt adhesive and ordinary sealant to ensure the box 100% adhesive and no issue during the transportation.The middle glue feeding system adopts patent design,can be adjust according to the size of the product.

The side cold glue box adopts synchronous adjustment with the sliding wall panel,saving time and no collision phenomenon,other manufacturers only use the single adjustment,time-consuming,easy to collision if the operation is not proper;the cold glue adopts automatic glue loading,it has the glue overflow preventing function which can avoid operators forgetting to add glue,or add too much glue;Glue heating adopts the a long life quickly heat unique heating plate,pre-melt equipped also.

Normal box and special box can be fixed with this machine.Front gauge positioning process is ourself designed.Dual-use bottom gauge, above gauge can be manually adjusted independently forward and backword which saved too much time for adjustment.

This machine is not only for double chip and single chip box produce but only also need 2 mins for double and single transfer.

Installation and Operation Attention

1.Installation and Wiring

1.1 10cm thick cement floor,but the ground flatness is required.
1.2 The transmission surface shall be kept about 1m away from the wall for operation and daily maintenance.
1.3 The input power is 380V AC,with zero line and ground wire.Please connect the wires according to the circuit diagram.Ground wire must be installed!!!
1.4 Before running,the input air pressure should be ≥0.6mpa.Boot method:Turn on the power switch,turn on the power knob on the control board.Insert the paper size suction length in the touch screen setting,then push the start button running button and air pump button one by one.Double check if all the movements and functions are in control,no abnormal,normal production start.
1.5 The temperature controller is the hot melt glue controller,set the temperature,choose the automatic way to work,the next day,artificial heating in advance,or choose automatic setting to heat in advance.

2.Operation Notice

2.1 The machine must be started after melting of hot melt glue.
2.2 According to the paper size and thickness to adjust side gauge baffle,suction belt position and feed knife pressure to ensure the paper feed continuity and stability.
2.3 Turn on the air pump papers transferred to the middle and adjust the transfer belt position and the side push gauge according the paper size.
2.4 Full filled the glue in the glue box,according to the glue and paper properties to adjust the glue control knob to meet the requirement.

3.Daily Maintenance

3.1 Each linkage should be lubricated regularly.
3.2 Each bearing should be butter lubricated regularly.
3.3 High temperature resistant grease should be added to the bearings at the hot paste barrel (temperature resistant to 250℃).
3.4 Wipe the machine regularly,especially before adjust the middle part need to wipe the hexagonal axis and the optical axis to avoid the dust accumulation impact.
3.5 Clean the cold past box regularly.
